FAQ
Answers to the questions we hear most often from international buyers.
How are the horses selected for sale?
Each horse is evaluated on its sporting level, temperament, health, and potential. We only offer horses we know personally and whose history we can guarantee.
Can I see the horse on video before traveling?
Yes, each horse's profile includes recent jumping videos. Additional personalized videos can be provided upon request.
Do the horses have a verifiable pedigree and competition record?
Yes, the full pedigree and show record are listed on each profile, with supporting documentation available upon request.
Can I try the horse before purchasing?
Yes, an in-person trial is available by appointment. For international buyers unable to travel, we organize live video trials (video call) with a trusted rider.
Are the horses sold with a veterinary exam?
A veterinary exam (standard pre-purchase exam or full vetting) can be provided or arranged before the sale, at the buyer's expense or shared by agreement.
Can I arrange my own pre-purchase veterinary exam?
Of course — we encourage buyers to use their own veterinarian or a vet of their choice on-site.
What payment methods do you accept?
International bank transfer (SWIFT), and upon request, other secure solutions suited to international transactions.
Are prices negotiable?
The listed price reflects the horse's value; some flexibility is possible depending on the terms of sale and payment method.
Do you provide a sales contract?
Yes, a bilingual (French/English) sales contract is always issued, specifying the horse's condition, warranties, and terms.
Do you handle transport to the USA?
We organize or coordinate transport with recognized, specialized equine shippers, from the stable to the airport, then flight and arrival handling.
What customs and health requirements are needed to import a horse to the USA?
We assist buyers with all formalities: international health certificate, required veterinary testing (including USDA quarantine upon arrival), and European export documentation.
How long does the US import process take?
Generally between 3 and 6 weeks, including health testing, mandatory quarantine, and transport.
Who pays for transport and quarantine costs?
These costs are the buyer's responsibility, but we provide a detailed, transparent quote before any decision is made.
How can I contact you for more information about a horse?
Through the site's contact form, by email, or by phone — response within 24-48 hours, in French or English.
Do you offer support after the purchase (settling in, follow-up)?
Yes, we remain available for any advice on the horse's settling in, training, or adaptation after the sale.
